I searched all over the internet for a company that would design unique boxes for my accessory company. I found Claws and worked with Rich, he was attentive and knew exactly what my vision was. Their prices were great as well! Rich brought my vision to fruition and I was blown away with how beautiful and sturdy they were! The delivery was fast Rich stayed in contact with me on every detail even when it took me a day or two to get back to him. You won’t regret working with this company, Rich was awesome and I can’t wait to work with them again!!

I bought 468 boxes from Claws Custom Boxes. The sales rep, Rich Donnell, was professional, responsive to inquiries, and worked hard on resolving issues. Claws did a very good job with the designs and specification of the boxes. The boxes were shipped flat and were easy to assemble. However, the magnets and corner glue worked better on some boxes than others. Since the boxes were shipped from overseas, Claws Custom should have packed the boxes in better shipping materials to protect them from damages during their travel. Otherwise, thank you, Rich, for doing your best. I will consider ordering from Claws Custom Boxes again.
