We have hired MI Hardwood Floor Services twice, specifically Victor. The work is gorgeous and magnificent. Victor is one of the hardest working, most meticulous, competent contractors I have ever experienced in my 40 year business career. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedule needs. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. If there was a need to do another project I would definitely hire Victor and not even listen to another bid.

Victor, owner of Michigan Hardwood Floors, is amazing! Our floors look beautiful! We contacted Victor via his website to refinish all of the oak floors in our home. He maintained communication daily and kept to an efficient schedule. He is always willing to answer questions and gives you opportunities to ask them as he explains the process each day. Victor is very detail-oriented and went above and beyond with our job. He was also highly adaptive when we ran into some electrical issues. We are so impressed with Michigan Hardwood Floor Services and Victor's work along with professionalism. Our project was delayed due to the pandemic/stay at home order and Victor kept us informed the entire time. He made sure we were comfortable with the new dates and timeline. We had our floors resurfaced and replaced our carpeted stairs with wooden stairs. Victor is a hard worker, dedicated and produces quality work. I am so impressed by Victor’s work. First and foremost, I got in touch with him on June 4 about getting a quote for getting our floors redone. He was out on June 6 at exactly the time he promised to provide the estimate. He sent the (very fair) estimate on June 7. He was able to quickly schedule me for the week of June 22. He was extremely prompt in answering any emails and questions I had. Victor worked tirelessly this past week, showing up every morning at 8 AM and walking me through each step he was doing that day. He also does incredible work. I bought a house that was a rental for years and the hardwood floors were a hideous chocolate brown with scratches everywhere. He made the floors look incredible. He removed the chocolate brown and was able to lighten the floors to a honey stain. I would so highly recommend Victor and his business.
