This place was FANTASTIC! I came in looking for a very specific vehicle and Tamika did everything in her power to get me exactly what I wanted. Which, by the way, was no easy task since I was looking for a special edition trim level at the end of a model year when there are very few available. Not only did they get exactly the jeep I was looking for, I got it super fast! They had to bring one in from another lot and I swear the car showed up almost immediately after they requested it to be transferred there. All this aside, Tamika is probably the nicest person I've ever had the pleasure of working with, in general and when it comes to car dealers. She was very understanding and incredibly hard working, and I never felt pressured to buy something that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Tara was the one who worked with me to finance my jeep, and she was also amazing. She was very patient as I made decisions and thought through what I really wanted as far as coverage and add-ons went.

I went into the dealership for a quick oil change. I was greeted immediately by a very professional employee. I was told my car would be ready in 30 - 40 minutes. It was on time and returned to me washed.

Brought my sprinter van to get the radiator replaced on 10/25/16. did not drive much since (3500 miles) and today I open the hood because of a noise and saw the front grill was broken and held by a zip tie and the clamp of the turbo hose was tight so hard that it ripped the hose. They were the last people to work on it and they never told me about it. Not happy at all and of course they won't do anything about it. This is what i thought. The service manager Shawn Leline contacted me by phone and with no question ask, he reimburse me for the turbo hose and bought a brand new grille for my van. He was very courteous and kept his words to the end. This turned out to be a great experience and proof that there is stiff few people who keep their words. Awesome job. Thank you
