Okay been in the area 5 years and have seen some good snow up here and not many misses on trash day. And if so maybe a day or two after. NOT THIS YEAR !!!! This year they take 2 days off for 2 inches of snow. 3rd day its 50 degrees and told my trash wont be picked up for another week. Yet the mail man worked everyday as well as most of Michigan residents. Now the snows coming again and the trash at the trailer park across the street has accumulated over 100 bags of trash as i watch the rodents and mice run back n forth and starting in on my side of the road. i call again i ask since its gonna snow more this weekend is my trash going to be picked up. Told they are trying there best but for 3 mile spread at 50 - 40 degrees I just don't see it. So this is what i did for ya workers who needed a day or two off i loaded up my truck and bring all my trash to your dump. Also seen 12 trucks in the lot that should be out here getting it in. Oh well your welcome for the review though. I change em over time of seeing improvements.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have more problems with this company than good. I have had to replace way to many trash cans from there employees breaking them and when I called them I was told they are not responsible for them. THAN DONT BREAK THEM. They pick and choose what they want to pick up. So god only knows what I am going to be left with to handle by myself even though I am paying them for pick up and also I don’t know how many times I have had to pick up my yard from them dropping items and not picking up after themselfs. There customer service sucks just as bad...
Worst company,bunch of crooks they charged my 800 in month for pick up delivery, 6 yard dumpster once on week, called customer service they saying someone going to call you, no one called yet
