Recently returned a CX-5 and was charged 318 even though I specifically asked at beginning of lease if there were any other fees in addition to monthly fees. Tried to call dealership and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Apparently the "disposition" fee was listed on the contract. At beginning of lease I specifically asked salesperson if there were any other fees and he said no. He said he would try to call corporate but then told me they wouldn't talk to him due to privacy. I left two voice mails for him asking what number to call and he would not call me back. I tried to contact Chase also but they would not budge.
