After my mother passed away in 2014, my father who is now 95, wanted to stay in his own home for as long as possible. He has been able to do so for more than five years, primarily because of Synergy HomeCare. Synergy has provided stable, caring, capable and very dependable caregivers to assist my dad with meals, medicines, errands, housekeeping and other activities of daily living. I live out-of-state so it has been invaluable to have a competent home care agency that communicates regularly to keep me informed of what is going on with my dad. He has two great caregivers who alternate working with my dad seven days a week. There has been very little turnover and my dad is very satisfied with the care he receives. The agency takes care of scheduling and billing and works with our insurance company to make everything as hassle-free as possible. Jeanne, the owner, is always accessible, professional, and offers great advice and follow-through. I highly recommend Synergy HomeCare if you are looking for in-home assistance for aging loved-ones.

We have caregivers from Synergy HomeCare taking care of my mom. One from Monday to Friday and one on Saturday and Sunday. When we decided to hire caregivers we were able to have them start immediately which was very important to us. We are very satisfied with both of them. They play games with her and take her for walks. One has cut mom's hair and the other polishes her nails. During the pandemic these services have been very appreciated. On the few occasions that one cannot make it, we have been able to get a sub to keep up the care. Mom has changed from being very unhappy to looking forward to seeing her caregivers and now enjoys her days. We would highly recommend Synergy.
I highly recommend Synergy HomeCare because they have provided great care for my father multiple times after hospitalizations. The co-owner Collen communicates efficiently and warmly. She has made scheduling easy and she selects quality caregivers. Her team provides regular updates and documentation. Synergy even files the insurance claims, which saves me time and energy.
A great feeling to have my mother in trusting hands. Great Communication never had to worry. Highly recommend to relive stress for care of a loved one !
