9/17/2020 Update at Bottom please read fully. Parts and service department are the best and were polite. Sales department on the other hand, even when you're spending 25,000 on a tractor, the minute you sign that paperwork you have to be on top of them. Update: I can say that leadership and management and at United Ag & Turf after hearing my concerns went above and beyond to correct the issues and have shown they are taking steps under the new Management team to ensure this won’t happen again. I can honestly say that I will return to purchase again.

Got a Deere from them just a month ago. I hit them up during the busy season and felt a little rushed but over all good to work with them.
I always remember businesses that treat you great even with a small purchase. I had never been in your store before but I broke a part on my Honda lawn mower and found that you sell their parts. A big thank you to Tyler who really spent the time to find the piece I needed even though I wasn't super sure what I was doing. You guys even had the part in stock and it only cost 12 bucks. I guarantee I will be back again in the future and will probably spend a lot more next time!
Had a great experience purchasing a John Deere W48R from Dave Eaton at the front desk. He is very knowledgeable with all the machines they carry and he helped me decide on which one to get. I look forward to buying my next machine with Dave as well!
