Bought a 2016 Dodge Ram here. I couldn't have been treated any better. Jordan and Trey facilitated the deal. The truck had some minor issues, but they squared those away for me. Their service department is incredible as well. I will be a lifelong customer due to the fairness I received.

This was absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had. Trey was very professional and personable and helpful doing everything to meet our needs. Alex was also very helpful in ensuring our satisfaction on our choice. But my biggest thank you is to Jordan, Sales rep, who was extremely attentive to our specific needs and made sure everything was set including paring our phones to the car. I am proud to be part of the the Haley Ford FarmVille family. We drove away in a car that was within our budget and upgraded. Last year our previous car was purchased at a different Ford dealership in Richmond. That was a horrible experience. Very in personable after they had our check and leaving us feeling that we would never buy a FORD again. We drove an hour to this location for a vehicle that we had been searching for. Sales staff/finance/and business office were all great to work with and streamlined procedures so start to finish was only a couple of hours. In the past, I have spent hours shuffled from one waiting room to another - not at this dealership - they handled business quickly and with a smile! My three children were busy being kids (complaining, whining, fussing) and they assured us multiple times that it didn't bother them and kids would be kids! Forgot to retrieve my garage door opener and they are making arrangements to get it back to me!
