After much research for a small tractor, we settled on Kubota, sent an email inquiry, got busy and all but forgot about it. They called me a day or so later to see if I was still interested. So thankful they did because months later I would have been kicking myself for not getting this machine. We made the purchase, they called a a day or two later to let me know the tractor was ready, I couldn't get there that week. Our sales guy was on vacation when we went to pick up the tractor, another salesman jumped in, found our machine, gave me a demo, loaded it on the trailer even though he had an appointment elsewhere, that he was all but late for, he stayed with me until everything was good to go! After using the trailer we bought there also, the dust covers fell off two of the wheels, I went back, they put the new dust covers on and even steam washed the grease off the trailer! Due to the Covid one of the implements was not available, (not available anywhere else because I checked online) they kept me informed, kept expecting it to arrive, finally when it seemed like it was never going to arrive, they drove to northern Virginia and picked up it up. I wish I could remember all the guys names that have helped me because they deserve to be recognized as going above and beyond.
