Now one of my favorite spots in Knoxville for a few different reasons! When I walked in, I was greeted by a staff member who asked if I’d ever been there before. When I told her no, she took me a little bit through the menu and even gave some great recommendations. When it came time to order, the staff member at the register was just as friendly. I was excited that they had coffee also, so she gave me a suggestion of what coffee she thought would pair well with the crepe I ordered. The whole meal was absolutely delicious, and service was quick! Besides that, all staff members were safe and very courteous about mask-wearing and social distancing at tables, showing me they really care about the safety of both customers and staff. All of this combined, it will be a go-to of mine whenever I’m in the area!

First off I would like to say, if you read through the lower rated comments, the responses to customers can be highly unprofessional for a business owner. Many of them are snarky remarks or unapologetic replies to how they treat their customers. I have been to both locations and this location has the rudest service. I walked in and was not greeted. When deciding what to order a girl rolled her eyes because I was supposedly taking too long for her liking. After ordering, I went to a table to get seated then seen my bottled drink was not opened. I politely went up to the front and asked for the cap to be taken off from a bottle opener. She then proceeded to act like it was a big inconvenience for her. I’m not quite sure on how much their food differs from one location to the other, but at this location you do not get fries with your crepe. No big deal, but for the price of the crepes I was expecting the fries to also be included. Also, since the pandemic their is a mask mandate, with a store policy of no mask no service, but have seen many reviews and people coming into this establishment not being accepted to come in. That’s totally fine, but the staff basically yells at you to put on a mask or get out. The owner has replied to many people saying that it’s Knox County’s guidelines which is understandable, but Knox County also has exceptions for children, special health disorders, and etc.. Their staff is extremely unkind and did not even ask these people if that was the reason they were not wearing their mask or even politely asking them to put one on. If you do decide to enjoy a crepe, I would suggest looking elsewhere or maybe even going to the one downtown where their staff is more professional.

Best crepes. Best staff. Best location. I’ve always had outstanding service and food, and I feel so safe eating there, regardless of the pandemic, because their wonderful staff and owners make sure EVERYONE is properly masked and distanced. I cannot recommend them enough️ Thank you for taking this pandemic seriously and keeping your workers and customers safe and protected.

One of the best places in town this particular location has lots of great food. The atmosphere is nice and they handle things appropriately for the current pandemic. The service and everybody there is top notch and kind. The food though is to die for. You have to try their french fries and of course their crepes are so good especially now that they have gluten-free batter. If you've been hesitant to try a crepe because of gluten well this is the place for you they also offer buckwheat flour. came for Valentine's day to have some coffee with my daughters and give them this cake in the picture. Had a great experience.

I absolutely love this place!!! Their crepes are the best i’ve ever had. The staff is so friendly and helpful with what they recommend. I’m a very indecisive person so they helped a lot!! I also greatly appreciate that they keep their customers and employees safe by requiring everyone to wear masks. We’re still not out of this pandemic, so it’s really nice knowing that there are businesses that still care to keep people safe. If you’re looking for a great place to go eat, this is it!
