Purchased their product for a boat project I'm working on. They shipped the product the same day I placed the order. Upon arrival material was damaged in transit, I took pictures and emailed them the damage. I called them the next day, which was a Saturday, and they said they received the email and will be replacing the order and shipping the order back out Monday morning. Sure enough I received shipping confirmation that Monday morning and received the replacement product the following day. Nice to see great customer service still exists. Thank you Fasco!
