What a great experience! I called from five states away looking for a particular outdoor fixture and Archie spent about 40 minutes on the phone helping me find the manufacturer and when it was found that this fixture was discontinued, he went out of his way to help me find other manufacturers and styles. This man loves light fixtures. knows the products and is great with people! Next time I need a fixture, I'm calling him … from Virginia!
