Great customer service! The prices are great. Had some work done to a windbreaker and it was just an idea I had and I brought it up there expressed my idea to them came back and my vision was a reality and the work was so detailed and beautiful quality threading and finish. Brought more in and I was always happy. Support small local business always.

5 Star Embroidery did exactly what i asked! I went in with a design that everybody told me they couldn’t do and they got it done here!! Great prices and reasonable turn around time. I would recommend this place to anybody who wants ANYTHING embroidered the right way!!

I must say that my experience with Start Embroidery was OUTSTANDING!!! I wanted my boots to have my initials placed on them & I must say they did an AMAZING JOB!! Customer service was on point & I their turn around was very FAST. I dropped my boots off & got the back the very next day!! Also may I add that I had concerns about which Font to use & the owner worked well with me......even text me the format to get my approval before embroidering my initials on my boots!! I HIGHLY recommend this company for ALL your embroidery needs!! Mrs. Lewis
