My insurance was supposed to be pre-approved or they weren't even supposed to see me for a covid test. 30 days later I get a bill in the mail with one day to pay it or it was gonna be late. Never going back

Horrible experience. In the lobby now, legit have waited almost an hour. I’m the second patient in line since 8. Literally here to do a drug test and that’s it. It’s not that hard. I’ve worked in a doctors office before. They do not have their stuff together at all.

The doctor Laila saw was amazing! So was the nurse and the receptionist was very welcoming and kind. Our whole experience was great. Thanks to them my little girl is getting better and they we're very fast and got us what we needed in what felt like no time.

Horrible experience. Diagnosed flu as a cold. I still paid bill with in 30 days and have called 4 times since to discuss how they can't seem to get the credit to the correct account. Date of service 2/6 paid in full 3/6. Picture attached showing proof of both. Each time they find it and say it is taken care of. Now 10 months after the date of service I get a collection notice. Called back for the 5th time. They read everything from each contact with billing. The account billing person said it was their mistake and that it should have been taken care of each time. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!
