I had a colonoscopy done with a different medical group on a Friday, and they wrote me a note for that day. I was supposed to go back to work Saturday through Monday, but I still had digestive issues that Saturday morning, and didn't feel comfortable going back to work. So I called that doctor's office to see if they could extend my note through the weekend, but that doctor wasn't in over the weekend. So I drove to Fairview Fast Pace and called them from the parking lot, instead of walking in to a walk-in clinic, as a courtesy because of covid, and explained the situation that I was having digestive issues still from before and after my procedure the day prior, and that I didn't feel ready to go back to work. Instead of helping me, they rudely said I would need to call the doctor that I had the procedure with to get an extension. They told me to call their on-call doctor, since the doctor who did the procedure was out. I did just that, yet the on-call doctor wasn't able to extend my note either. I then called another Fast Pace clinic at another location, and instead of being transparent with them about my procedure, I just simply told them I was having digestive issues and that I needed a note... They helped me out and gave me the weekend off. Moral of the story: Don't go to Fairview Fast Pace if you can help it, but if you have to and you know you're doing so legitimately for a doctor's note, be as general as you can with the info that you give them. Don't be fully transparent with them as to your reasons for being seen, because that's the only way they'll be \helpful\ to you.

I would NOT recommend coming here for covid testing. They try to pressure you to not get tested, they are really dismissive about it, and you have to pay for testing even if you have insurance. It’s definitely worth the drive to the free covid testing site in Franklin. They are way nicer and you don't even have to get out of your car! I’ve been tested at the free location multiple times and I have never been ostracized for it.

HORRIBLE incompetent employees. Do NOT ever use this location for anything! Just 1 example is my 4 year old son was taken in for bad staph infection that was spreading throughout his arm and leg. The dr. here told us it was just bug bites and it looks good. Keep using neosporin and bandaids. It got worse for 2 days and we took him to get another opinion and the docs at 3 different locations diagnosed him with Staph infection and is now on a path to recovery. This is very bad on so many levels. Then the receptionist Kayla (i think) was SO rude and laughed in my face and talked down to me before eventually hanging up on me. Don't use this place. Save your time and money and health and go somewhere else.

My daughter was a new basement but they had her checked in quickly we were called back before I even finish the paperwork the nurse was great with my daughter and the doctor was in the room with in 10 minutes the entire staff was super nice and helpful we were in and out within 30 minutes
