I was in Tn near their office during the Christmas holiday. I had a wonderful experience. Staff was nice, efficient, and I was overwhelmed at their thoroughness in finding the appropriate treatment for my illness. I was even more amazed that I felt 90% better in less than 2 days. It was obvious they cared about my overall health and not just the issue I was being see for.

Came in for a covid test at 1:00 where I made an appointment online and had already checked in and filled out all of the paperwork. When we arrived we were the first people here and we sat until after 3 without being seen. Multiple people had arrived during this time without an appointment as new walk ins and were seen first. People only started getting took back to their appointments once there were so many people in the lobby that people were asked to wait outside. Come 1:30ish we were told it would be about 5 minutes until I would be seen and tested. However by 2:45 I had not been seen. When we asked the lady at the front desk for an update on my appointment she did not answer us but instead stared at us and then would just leave and walk away. I was trying to get tested quickly before I had to go to work but instead ended up leaving because the people here were rude and not helpful. Instead I went to work (when I definitely have COVID and work in customer service and retail) because I couldn’t miss work without avoiding getting in trouble because I wouldn’t receive a test so I had no excuse to miss. If you want to wait here and be ignored for 3-4 hours to not receive medical care but still get charged for it then I’d recommend here.

I have been there twice now, the receptionist and the blonde haired dr were super nice to me. I was in and out and under an hour. Definitely Definitely recommend over the hospital, if its not a real emergency.

Professional, yet still friendly. Seemed genuinely concerned... The lady that took my vitals, etc was down to earth & I was comfortable with her :) I was in & out quickly but I didn’t feel rushed during my appointment. Didn’t have a ton of paperwork to fill out like most places do on the 1st visit which is always an important factor for me

I'm not so sure why people are putting bad reviews of this place. Everyone I talked to was so nice and they were able to help me with what I needed. Yes the copay is a little higher than what I'm use to (75)but everyone is so nice and the place is so clean! Definitely will be back

I called to ask if there was any cutoff time to come in since my 2 year old was napping but he needed to be seen when he wakes up. I was told to use my common sense and I need to come in early enough since they leave at 5. Just avoid this place.

Been there twice already. The doctors and the nurses are great, they listen and they are good with kids. Watch out though, the older lady with dark brown hair has been rude each time I've been in there. Terrible attitude and condescending.
