Customer service isn't the best and I wasn't allowed to go in the store. Everything is done over the phone and the person taking my order was very confused so i cut my order short. Not many items in stock, nuts and bolts are not sold loose so expect the price to reflect all the extra packaging of two bolts per plastic package. Cash isn't accepted here....what?????

Poor customer service, minimal in stock inventory, poor follow through of services promised. 3 years later and our bins are not properly labeled as promised upon signing up.

Most of the time the staff is rude and very put out to help. Be prepared to stand at the counter while they gossip & bullshit with someone but dont worry they will take your money when they are good and ready. Will tell me that they dont have what i need even though they have it in stock, i have to tell them that i bought the same item there earlier and it was in that general area (probably dont want to look for it). Nothing is priced so i buy nothing more than what i came in for.

I had a order for a shim kit sales person said they could have it for me in three days, so I show up on the third day not here the kit was sold and the factory didn't email her that it was sold, so she tells me she can order me another kit be here on Wednesday witch is five days out so I had no choice but to wait, so now I'm calling on Friday since I'm in the area and guess what there telling me it won't be here till Monday, that's a total of 14 days not good business
