The service and attention to detail was great! I was truly happy and satisfied with the service I received from the greeter to the physician who treated me. I was truly amazed that the physician on duty took the time to truly figure out what was going on with me and I will forever be grateful. You just don’t get that kind of service anymore. Job Well Done entire staff at Mallard Creek Church location!

Very friendly and helpful! Everyone genuinely cared and wanted to help. Only problem I had was that I was there for a while. Would recommend doing the online check in beforehand.

I am sitting in a FastMed wait room, now into my second hour, for a simple pre-employment drug screen. I have had drug screen tests done several times in the past at other providers, but never once spent more than 20 minutes in the process. This place does not appear to have given much thought to how it delivers it's different services to it's different customers (drop-in testing vs. urgent medical services, etc.), but it's process is broken and they don't appear to know. There are better options available.

Had a very nice experience at FastMed on Mallard Creek Church Road. From reception to the Medical Assistant, to Physician’s Assistant. Very patient, thorough, and nose swipe not painful. COVID test came back in 10 minutes. Highly recommend this agency.

Decided to come here for a check up. New to the area so I guess I just didn’t know. Arrived to the urgent care at 2:30 they told me there would be no openings until 4:45. I went to workout in between and came back on time at 4:40.. After waiting for about another 30 they finally check me in. I’m still at the urgent care waiting to be seen. It’s currently 6pm. If you have something to be on time to choose a different place.

I would like to thank Kasey for her dedication and hard work! I understand working in this kind of environment could be hard. Dealing with different emotions from patients , especially since COVID has happen, everybody has been going bananas, I’ve witness some customers being simply complicated , mean while she has a long line, and to answer the phone. Once she got to me she simply smiled and greeted me. Thanks so much , keep your crown up queen! You’re on the front line and I appreciate you and you’re Commitment for coming to work! Very pleased with the service here. Very reasonable wait time. The team was super sweet to my daughter who wasn't feeling well. I felt informed and well cared-for. I'd highly recommend. Honestly, the best urgent care facility we've ever used.

I was most satisfied with services received re Covid Testing, by all the staff present. The staff at front desk was most courteous and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The physician was most effective , especially in noting my high blood pressure readings which we were able to discern re my taking a Himalayan Salts bath earlier that day. Her concern for me was so noted and upon returning home I used my blood pressure cuff, as she had suggested, to continue monitoring the rest of that afternoon at home. Fortunately, the blood pressure readings did return to normal very soon thereafter! This was my first time at this Urgent Care facility and I will keep it in mind for any future needs I may have.
