The whole crew at Fat Albert's is always friendly and very helpful. I recently took my sportsman in for repairs. For any number of reasons the repair took more time than normal. Stretch, back in the service department did everything that he could to make the situation good for me and Fat Albert's. Great job Fat Albert's team.

I rate the sales staff high, but the service department is a joke. I paid 1000 for a extended warranty when I purchased atv. The carburetor is dumping gas into cylinders fouling plugs out. They had it a week and said it was fixed charged me 220 only to not start once I got it unloaded at home. Took it back and they have had it another week and still haven't fixed it. I don't know what the extended warranty is for if I have to pay to fix it.
The salesperson was extremely helpful without being pushy. We will go back in about a week and purchase a Mule.
Out of business. Couldn't fix my Kawasaki.
