Normally I don't enjoy car shopping, but the team at Faulkner Hyundai made it fun, informative, and less stressful. Mike was an excellent salesperson and paired us up with a wonderful car that fit within our price range while being very kind, very attentive, and very knowledgeable. My search for a great used vehicle ended at Faulkner Hyundai in Harrisburg. After months of searching for a particular model/year of the Veloster, I was lucky enough to find a new listing for a recently traded vehicle at the dealership. Since the listing was so new, there was no price or pictures. I reached out via the website and got a prompt response from Taylor who answered my initial questions (and many others I had later) and sent me a few pictures she snapped too. Taylor was so pleasant, helpful, and thorough in providing me with all the information I requested. The listing price, CPO warranty, and excellent low mileage condition of the vehicle was what I had been searching for, so I decided to take the 70 mile drive to the dealership to see the car in person. When I got to my appointment I was greeted by Taylor, who then had Mike take over showing me the car. Mike was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and helped seal the deal on my purchase. Thank you to everyone at Faulkner Hyundai, but especially Taylor and Mike, for the excellent customer care.
