Had an amazing experience with Danielle the sales lady and Jake the finance manager. We shopped around and came across a subaru outback that my wife liked. After getting some numbers over phone (since we live 1.5 hours away) we put a deposit down to hold till the weekend. This morning we met them at the dealership, the car was cleaned, prepped and ready to go. The dealership was very clean and had lots of nice features. Danielle, Jake and the sales director did everything they could to make this sale an easy process. We greatly appreciate it. The car was exactly as described and was a great price. Thank you all again, we will be back for future vehicles.

I leased a 2020 Subaru WRX STI from them in August. I had a great experience working with my internet coordinator Renae and my sales person Amr. They did a great job assisting me during the pandemic and helped me through the process. During this process we purchased a protection package for the wheels, tires, and windshield. A few weeks after we finalized the paper work, we got notice from Subaru there was a \mistake\ and we actually only get wheel and tire protection for the same price we paid for what was told was all three. We were not happy with this notification and mishap, so we then tried to cancel the entire warranty package. The paper work stated we have to write them a letter stating we would like it cancelled. We wrote a letter and sent it certified with a receipt date of around the end of December. We did not hear back from them honoring our request to cancel, so my wife tried reaching someone in the finance dept for over a week before we actually got to speak to anyone. They then said it was cancelled and we should see the refund hit our account in a few weeks. We are now a month into the process and have yet to see the refund nor can we get a hold of anyone to assist us. We leave voicemails and emails with no response. This has turned us away from them as a dealership and we cannot recommend them due to their finance department practices which is a shame because their sales was excellent.
