Good size waterfall with lots of water flowing as of September. We parked at the Ken’s lake campground, right before the gravel road turned into a sand 4x4 road (take the second entrance into the campsites 39-48). Do yourself a favor and take the creek trail up the falls, interesting plants and flowers and an easy path. About 20 minutes up to the falls. We enjoyed the sunset views.
Beautiful. U can drive to above the falls & then hike down to the falls. Easy, please for all ages, (except if u need some assistance equipment, bc u are hiking all over the rocks.
Short, easy hike, depending on where you stop driving. Four-wheel-drive is needed to get all the way to the little sandy parking lot right next to the waterfall; otherwise, you can park a little further away by the campsites and hike a little farther. It's a smaller waterfall with a pool at the bottom. I would recommend bathing suits. We did this hike in August, and there was still plenty of water. I thought it would be dried up by now. Great family hike!
Pretty awesome place in Moab. It would be cool if it was natural and not just coming out of a pipe but it is still awesome. There isn’t much of a hike if you are looking for a hike but I’d say if you are in the area check it out for sure. Also it make for some pretty amazing photos because of the red rock.
