Daniela has been so professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate in assisting me in the process of the coordination with the sleep lab and my insurance company. She has gone beyond in speaking with my insurance company which has been extremely difficult in obtaining clarifications and approval. She has always responded to my phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Their office is well over an hour from me and I could have gone with someone closer but, Daniela’ Customer service was the deciding factor. I can’t say enough on the excellent service. I highly recommend Fayette Medical Supply as a result of Daniela.

I was told that I needed a hand brace for an injury to my thumb. I had all my insurance info and was told I could get the brace at no cost to me. My doctor wrote the wrong diagnoses and the lady at in Bastrop at Fayette medical supply kept trying to get a hold of my doctors office to correct it. I waited 3 hours for my doctor to change it but not one person could help me on both sides. I sat in my car waiting at Fayette Medical Supply and when I went in an asked if it was ready the lady started yelling and being rude to me for no reason I will not ever go back. I just wanted the hand brace as I’ve been in a lot of pain. I then drove to my doctors office to see if I could get what she needs and still Dr Chavez’s nurses at family health center still would not do anything I waited again at Chavez office for over an hour. So I left since no one would help me. I got a call from Dr Chavez office on the 4th of March 2019 with no voicemail. Dr Chavez’s nurses knew I needed that change on my medical record and still would not help me. They said they sent the paperwork to Fayette medical supply and still the lady at Fayetteville medical supply never called me. I phoned today and it’s Friday 2:30pm March 15th 2019 the lady at fayette Medical supply is not answering the phone. I don’t deserve to get yelled at or talked rudely by a lady I was being very nice to her. If you hate your job so much then quit. I was polite to the lady behind the desk. Now I know if I drive over there and she tells me she didn’t get anything from Dr Chavez’s Office after I just confirmed they have already faxed it to her.

I have never felt more unwelcome at a place of business! I attempted to bring my business from Apria who I was not happy with to FMS. It was apparent that because I had been an Apria customer I was not welcome to do business with FMS . Connie M. the Bastrop manager of Fayette Medical Suppy was loud, aggressive and dismissive in my attempt to understand why they would not accept my business. She proceeded to make an embarrassing display in front of customers and staff the moment I walked through the door. This is a public place of business and all I was asking for was a consultation in hopes of receiving better care than my experience with Apria. I spoke with Jane in the La Grange office who seemed understanding and apologized for Connie M.'s behavior as she had been on the line during some of this encounter.. The following day I received a call from the owner which I requested, he placed the blame for his managers rude and erratic behavior on the Sleep Lab that sent me there, huh? "Well sometimes misunderstandings happen" is what he told me. It all was extremely embarrassing, at no time was I threatening or raised my voice to this Woman. Al Hernandez CEO of FMS confirmed this having reviewed video and audio of the event. I had promised to hold off on a negative review prior to giving Mr. Hernandez the opportunity to explain why this could have happened and maybe apologize on behalf of Connie M. I felt he merely tried to place the blame on the company who sent me there while excusing his managements behavior. As a business owner in this community I could not abide this conduct in a employee on my payroll, period.
