What king of repair shop refuse to repair a truck because the driver wants to pay cash?? Zero score from me.

TERRIBLE!! I spoke to Donna who is also the owner. My driver sat and waited for DOT inspection for hours and instead of telling us there was no one there to do the invoice on the inspection and to send my driver somewhere else, she just decided it was appropriate to have her wait finish the inspection and not supply us with the proper paperwork. She was very rude and has no customer service skills at all. I have also sent a formal complaint in to the BBB. I only rated it one star because I had to. I will never send any of my drivers there again. STAY AWAY if you can. The technician was very nice and called and told me everything about the inspection.

Called advanced maintenance who claim to have a 24 hour service and explained that we had an old Rv that had broken down. Spoke with someone called Robert who said he had 51 years experience n though his boys would not be able to work on it, he would come out and take a look at the vehicle. For 3 days we were just kept being told that he would call us later that day and fix an appointment. We finally gave up hope n looked for another mechanic at this point. Still haven't got the call from Robert a week later. Absolutely horrible customer service
