I had ordered candles and 1 was delivered broken. I got online and printed an authorization for local in store replacement. It was very easy and convenient. The store had a replacement in stock and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Didnt have very many silicone molds as I thought they would. The associate tried to see if they could order the half dome silicone mold I was looking for but there wasn't one she could order. With cocoa bombs being so popular i was sure they would carry the molds. But i was wrong. It does have a lot of other kitchen items though.
Bought a platter online, when it arrived it was chipped. Drove 20 miles for an exchange with them showing 3 in stock. They confirmed when we couldn't find it that they should have 3. 30 minutes searching and not 1 in the store. So 1 1/2 hours and 2 gallons of gas wasted, and no resolution other than a refund.
