I called Cape Fear Heating and Air and spoke with Carolina who was very friendly and helpful in setting up my appointment for the Repair Technician \Frank\ to come out and resolve my Heating issue. Frank came out the same day and was very thorough in diagnosing and resolving the heater issue. He was very friendly and professional! I also spoke with Steve who was helpful in directing me to the right person to resolve the heating issue. Great company and excellent staff!

From the beginning of the process, Eric McNeill, their sales/system representative, provided a thorough assessment and estimate of our heating and air needs. The installation team, Juan, Max, Eddie, Jeyson and Chris, in inclement weather, installed the systems in 2 plus days. They were thorough, professional and always courteous!! Any questions we had were always addressed by the team to our satisfaction. The administrative team of Ashlin and Carolina were courteous and efficient with the billing/payment process.
