My wife had a great experience with Cardinal. She called and was given an estimator who worked with her and helped her a lot. Very responsive and helpful. He was young but very knowledgeable and gave us some great ideas for what we should do. Very excited to work with the company again. The estimate fee isn’t negative. They take it off your bill when you go with them. He made our experience great and the workers are very quick.

Cardinal is the top notch landscaping company anywhere in the area. They put together what you want, great cost and looks great. Did a phenomenal job!
The representative did not come at appointed time. I had to call for them to send someone out. When the person came, he did not give me an estimate. I waited 72 hours and called asking for the quote. That Friday, I was told the rep would call me right back. I provided my cell number. That was 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call. Very poor customer service.
One of the Cardinal Landscaping company vehicles hit my car in a grocery store parking lot and drove off. I did not have the license plate so I called the company for insurance info. They denied it ever happening and won't give me their insurance information. Horrible to work with and very dishonest company.
