You have a beautiful approach to delivering your knowledge and you listen to what I was saying. I found myself overwhelmed with our move but you were really patient and cheerful. After a total nightmare dealing with Lowes in Hope Mills trying to get carpet we went to Carpet One at 927 Bragg Blvd, Fayetteville, NC and Sabrina was absolutely awesome! We had bought carpet from Carpet One 20 years ago when we built our house and the experience then was great! Sabrina came to my home the day after I called her, measured the area, I picked out what I wanted (at relatively the same price as Lowes) and it was signed, sealed, delivered and installed within a week! The workers came into my home, did their job, left no clean-up mess, and were done within 1 1/2 hours. And my room looks beautiful! I didn't get the runaround like I had been getting at Lowes and Sabrina never once said...\DUE TO COVID\... which has come to be the universal excuse for EVERYTHING!!! She gave me a fair price and an install date and it was done!

Since Brett Polston came to measure our rooms to the time we got an estimate it has been a positive experience. Brett worked within our budget so we could get the job done. He followed up to see we we happy with the installation. Jeremy and Lee Brewington we’re our installers and did a great job and cleaned up after the job. The whole process was a positive experience . Would recommend to my friends and family.
