The staff at the Cox store are fantastic. It's like visiting an Apple store. Unfortunately Cox the company overall are increasingly terrible. Everything is expensive, pointless data caps that are there to squeeze even more out of their customers, and I've had the same internet issues for years. Each time it happens they try to blame my equipment even though all of it has been changed over the years and their technicians never find any issues. I only give 2 stars as a nod to their Cox Store employees. If I could I'd give them 5 stars and Cox 0 stars.

Jose is very good at what he does. Made my move process so easy. Had issues with my discount dropping but it was no big deal fixing it. Jose would check my account without me even calling. No complaints
