Prior to purchasing my sewing machine the staff was warm and friendly. After sale was completed they were very different. Training was poor and minimal. They may be good with crafts and frames but for sewing machines they are extremely poor when it comes to training, customer service and assistance. LisaAnn has always been extremely friendly and helpful. She did a good training session.

Crafts Frames&Things is the place to go for all your family's needs such as sewing supplies, embroidery, frames and equipment you need to make your favorite quilt or garment . It also has a variety cloth to make your favorite project. The employees that work there are always happy to see you and go out their way to meet your needs. They will also teach you how to work equipment that you buy from them. They take their time and work one on one with you. Crafts Frames & Things will give you the experience you are looking for.
