Extremely disappointed in your service department. I was told to call back with some information. I called twice two hours apart, no answer. Someone would pick up the phone and then put me on hold with no acknowledgment. For a customer driven business I feel this is not very professional at all. The Kia dealership in broken arrow took my call and gave service with a smile as expected.
