Had a blast! Took the kids there and thought I’d sit around and watch; definitely did not happen. This place is a great time and the staff is wonderful. Lots of room for activities and you are not pressured when on a trampoline.

My nephews loved this place. The staff were so delightful and nice. I got them a membership, and am excited to take them back there.
I’d give Defy 5 stars if it weren’t for their lax Covid precautions. Today, there were plenty of people not wearing masks, and sadly it was adults and kids alike. My heart goes out to the workers (who have ALWAYS been polite and professional) as many are young, and may find their hands tied by the consequences of correcting older individuals to enforcing this rule. I do understand, adults should be trusted to police themselves and their children; and it’s fair to expect patrons to simply “follow the rules”, just as the would “no running”, “double jumping”, etc.; but but that’s not what I witnessed. The social distancing and mask rules were not being enforced at all, once people moved into the jumping area.
Awesome park with an awesome staff, however lockers to store personal belongings did not lock. I cannot go back into that is fixed. After my jump, my lockers were open and it appeared to have been gone through.
We’ve been here twice. We’re new to the area. We come from California and our kids love it. I have two young (1-3) children and there’s a variety of ages that go. I believe they have a section for older kids and more adult friendly, but overall it’s clean, people wear masks, including employees and if people are not, it’s usually cause they are going hard on them trampolines. It’s a workout. You can’t expect 100% face coverings but it’s far and few between. I recommend it. Now, the two times I have come, it’s been towards end of the day. Between 5pm and 7pm. The employees are mainly teens and maybe a little older. They are new to customer service and the work force. Don’t expect a lot. Get in and enjoy the jump!
