I Truly Appreciate, The Law Enforcement and All Fayette County officials working at Jefferson Avenue, The Fire Department Site, to provide Vaccine to the citizens of Fayette County, today January 13, 2021. They were very efficient and ever smiling, in extreme Cold weather. Their demeanor is surely Commendable. I , as a , Fayette Citizen, Salute , All Of You. Hats Off.

Trying to schedule an appointment for the Covid vaccine is an exercise in futility. It cannot be done online. The phone line is always busy. The two times I did get thru I got a recorded message stating all operators were busy and to call back later. And the phone line is only available during business hours. According to the Georgia Department of Health the line is open until 6:00 PM; but I called at 5:40 PM last night and got a recorded message that the office was closed. Is this the best Georgia and Fayette County can provide for its citizens? This is a federal and state declared emergency. Hire more people. Staff the Call Center. Go to 24 hour operations. Set up procedures for online scheduling.

Fulton County was going to drop my 4 year old son from school because he needed a EED. Mrs. Gay did what she could to have my son seen by a doctor and I’m a grateful. Thank you.

I went there twice and the doctor that saw me was very nice !! The women at the front desk were very helpful !! I had a problem with my medicaid and called them and the lady helped me get everything together. Prior to that I came in extremely sick from pregnancy and they were very nice and helped me through it!!

To get through their phone system, press '4' when the 1st recording starts and then '0' when the 2nd recording starts. I must've gone in on 2 really good days, based on the other reviews. I found the receptionists to be efficient and friendly enough. The nurse had a lot of paperwork to do, but then my son was able to get all his vaccinations. Our nurse was quite friendly and conversational.
