For the prices five guys charges, they should ensure orders are made properly. My receipt clearly had the correct order but instead of extra mustard and jalapeños I had none, which is the main thing I wanted on the burger. I also got regular fries and only a cups worth not seasoned and a bit extra fries in the bag as is the norm here.

Food and customer service is great. Best burger I've had in a while. This was my first time at a five guys and it's great. Fresh fries and the milkshake was awesome as well. Only downside is the price. 18 for a cheeseburger with bacon, a large fry and a milkshake is pretty steep. Definitely a \once in a while\ place. Great food.

Haven't been in awhile. And was so excited to go back. But my food wasn't good and the service wasn't much better. They don't give you the amount of fries they use to. I ordered the regular which was around 5 and only got somewhat of a cup full. All in all it all just too over priced. Sorry Five Guys... I won't be coming back.
