As the hours and days go by. With every mistake Greyhound makes. It's the passengers that suffer. I will never use Greyhound again. I will make a point to tell everyone I know and those that I don't. To steer clear of this poorly run operation. They steal money at every opportunity. They treat you with disrespect. The drivers are rude and the package handlers could care less for people's personal property. We are told to take anything of value off the bus so it can be cleaned. It's as dirty as when we left it. Sad day when you pay and get pushed around and are punished for mistakes that Greyhound has made.

And Then I Thought

This was the worst, least informed experience of my life. Everywhere is different with different policies... nobody knows where my bags are. Nobody told me what to do with them until I got to my third station. One of the people prepping the bus took my bags, and after that, I never saw them again for the entirety of my trip. I had to get 3 different types of tickets for the same trip, which should-I’d imagine-be just available from the start. Almost half the drivers were miserable, disrespectful, or falling asleep, sliding into OTHER LANES WITH TRAFFIC. I’m so lost, and everybody has different words for what I’m going through, but I just feel wrong. Your baggage claims department, and system of transporting them feels confusing or downright nonexistent... tomorrow I’m gonna be back in KS, by plane, and if I don’t get a response from you guys, then that means my stuff is gone... I had pictures of my family, and they’re gone, to I don’t know where.

It was a good experience. Michelle from Fayetteville was polite and nice enough to carry my bag for me to the bus. Really encouraging
