We went rappelling and rock climbing with Scott \u003c------------- his name should be the selling point period............... Great place, same price as all other placesfor a half day. The service was personal and the guide Scott was very patient and explained and the saftey to help with the nerve it takes to trust someone with your life as you rappel off an 80ft cliff. His love of the sport shines once he get you setup for the climb he supports, coaches and encourages. I didnt think the wife and I would come close to making it to the top but we did. Hard Rock service only sends one guide with your group to deliver awesome customer support and flexible tour. We will go back and ask Scott to take us again with our kids. I trust Scott to ensure my kids will be ready to over take an 8pft rappel and to make the 70ft climb. We toured bridge butress and we rappel to the left of flaky when facing it and we climbed flaky. It's good for people wanting to experience there first true rock climb that are not rock gym rats. Would give Scott 10 stars but it's not an option.

We had an outstanding climbing trip with Bryan. He is knowledgeable, patient, and an all around great guide. Bryan read our group and challenged us perfectly. My daughters and I appreciated his support and guidance. Thanks Bryan for such a wonderful climbing experience!!!
Our family of four went climbing with Deb today - she was great. Very customer-focused and customized to our needs. We rappelled and then climbed - and were, shall we say, well-exercised by the time we finished. Extremely safe and great experience.
2 teenage boys had a great time. Deb was wonderful and increased the challenges throughout the day!
