Everything was great from the moment i got there. My agent was perfect. She should me what i was asking about, gave me space to look around but was not far. Explained every detail i asked. Gave me numbers and after i left cause of her explanation and help around the store. I returned and bought my furniture way more than budget.

What a wonderful experience! The sales representative, Jeff, was attentive without being pushy. He was knowledgeable of the product lines as well as providing tips for purchasing items. We also worked with Jennifer, the design consultant. She was very good at selecting complementary pieces and helping us design our rooms. The quality of furniture is superb. We will continue to purchase our furniture at Havertys as we have done for 20 years.

I had been waiting on my couch for months (ordered late Feb), it was finally available June 3rd but nobody called me to let me know. I bring my couch home and it has a hole in it and part of a seam is messed up. For a 1800 couch I thought I would of been taken care of. Guess not.
