Great service. Though I was told I didnt need a credit card on the site I needed one when I picked up my rental.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the worst they have you sign your contract knowing good and well they do not do walk around. They rented me a damaged car. Now the manager is trying to charge me for damage that was there before I accepted the car. Damage that I showed his staff and that they ignored. They rented me a dirty car. Which had to be switched out. Then they rented me a car with a bad tire. Then had the nerve to complain about some dirt on the floor of the car on the driver side that could have been easily avoided had the car had mats on the floor. They are scam artist. They are the worst and their entire staff needs to be eliminated if they hope to salvage this location.

Even tho this was my second choice of renting i didnt even notice they were even on raeford road. I appreciate the fast service and cheap prices this will be my go to place movig forward .....since entreprise is so difficult to get rentals even when u get reservations ..they just lost me as a customer...
