Buyer beware! I would give this company a zero star. Summer of 2019 our roof was replaced by Ideal Roofing & Exteriors Inc.; the chimney was not sealed correctly, and we did not know this until months later after rains caused the leak to damage the interior wall of the house. It caused damaged to the crown molding, drywall, window seals and molding. We contacted the company on multiple occasions with no response, finally they sent a worker out and he confirmed the leak and sealed the chimney, however they did not repair the inside damage. After many more attempts to get someone out to help with interior damage, Michael came out in March of 2020 to look at the damage, he assured us it would be taken care of. I did request that an outside company do the interior repairs due to the lack of confidence in his team. He said he would get back to us. Many phone calls and texts later we are still living with the damage their company created. December 18th, 2020 Michael was contacted again, and he said that he would have one of his employees reach out to his contractor and we never heard back from anyone. A complaint was sent to the Better Business Bureau with failed attempt to contact them. We are looking to have a pay out so we can have the damage taken care of and for the inconvenience they have caused us. Do not contract with this company, worst mistake!

This co has moved a lot. Replaced my roof after hail storm. They were rcd but took awhile to complete the job. In fact never was. Supposed to replace pipes but only painted them. Sometimes no showed and when called sounded like a loud bar in the afternoon. My daughter and I both had nails in our almost new tires left on ground. I told them we had two leaks and shingles sticking up. Their response the heat would make them lay down. They are still sticking up. They threw a lien on the house until paid. Not sure how one would get their warranty. Because they will not respond to texts, emails, faxes or phone calls. I would definitely not rcd them. I worked with two guys unfortunately can’t recall one but have his name packed in a box. The other was Mike Munk. Beware!
It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan Brister and Michael Munk trying to figure out what to do about my old roof. We went over all of the options as well as the technology behind each option. I had two other roofing contractors give me quotes on it and the price from Ideal was better and included a much larger package. Im sure it isnt always as fast but when i signed the document that was going through with it they were out in two days putting my roof up. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a smooth transfer from an old roof to a new one. Thanks guys
I was extremely pleased with the whole process. After calling i got an immediate appointment the same day for a quote. The quote was very reasonable and included full details with no unknown surprises . They were able to work the roof job in right away 3 days and finished the job in one day with a large 10 person crew. They paid full attention to the details of the work and clean up. Everything was as promised and exactly the price quoted even including a few extra services I needed. As a Real Estate Broker, I will be recommending them to my Clients and will be using them again.
