Adam did a super job of helping me make the phone use my extra capacity SD card. In 5 minutes, he showed me how to navigate folders I missed yesterday while talking to the Samsung Help Desk! A lousy 2-week old problem is now resolved thanks to him and the manager.

When u come here .. see or ask for Adam he’s the best, very friendly and professional. I was gonna order a whole new phone but i came here and they discovered it was a small fix and they didn’t even charge me ! Thanks guys

I took an iPhone XS Max to this location to have the “ear speaker” repaired. It is now fixed. They were up front and honest about what they could do and what the problem could be and the price to fix it. Would recommend for iPhone repair needs.

My iPhone just suddenly went nuts and I could not use the swipe feature to turn it off for a reboot. I brought it in and the salesman was able to fix it in a minute. I asked how he did it cause I tried EVERYTHING! He just smiled and said “just give me a positive review!” I asked what happened to my phone and he said it just had a “brain fart” . Thank you so much!!! I thought my phone was trashed and would take a couple hundred dollar repair.
