I called yesterday about placing an order online for pickup, and was told it would be better to call directly. Who in the 21st century does this??? Why today is it their phone always busy, and when you finally get through, it's a recording with no instructions on leaving a message? The one time I got through after about 30 attempts, I was disconnected while giving my order, and have since tried about 30 times again to only have the same issue. You would think with the massive profit margin on school clothing, they would be properly staffed to handle orders, and would have a system in place to handle online orders in a timely fashion.
