Summary: They ignored us from the beginning and when they helped us, I spoke for my wife because she is shy and they accused her of straw purchasing a firearm. Yes I’m Hispanic and don’t think I did anything wrong or out of the ordinary. I give the benefit of the doubt about any type of prejudice actions. My wife started showing interest in firearms and was looking to get her own. We did research and found that the firearm she wanted and that I trusted would be a good firearm for her. Jim’s had it in stock and we went on Saturday, it was busy and no one could help us which I understand and decided to come back. Went Tuesday and no one offered help, we were left ignored. Then we returned the following day and she was ready to purchase. She is shy and I’m speaking for her as she is new to everything. They don’t offer help until I ask for help. The young seller acts like we’re causing a burden and hands us the firearm as I’m showing my wife how the firearm works. I’m very pro 2A and believe everyone should enjoy guns safely and legally. As the process is already being finished. They accuse her of buying the gun for me and treating us like we’re committing a crime. She’s afraid as she doesn’t know how purchasing works and doesn’t know what’s happening but I reassure them that this isn’t a straw purchase. I already own firearms and don’t need my wife to buy me one. I’ve gave them multiple chances to keep my business but this situation for sure takes the cake as it did not make my wife feel comfortable or safe. I’d recommend anyone to try a different business for 2A needs.

Great selection. Prices on par with other gun stores. I had a alright experience with customer service but I can see that other reviewer's complaints about customer service are probably on the mark. Was not greeted when I came in even tho the employee at the front looked right at me. But she didn't greet the next two people that entered either. Same experience with another employee as he looked at me but didn't say anything Wasn't really looking for help as I knew what I was looking for. When I got to the rifle area, gentleman behind the counter quickly greeted me, asked how he could help, and answered a couple of questions. So it's hit and miss, but if you know what you want, the selection is worth the trip.

This is a great place to take the CCH class. The instructor Mr.Tony Jacobs was awesome very knowledgeable and explains everything in details. The whole staff here is great, Gabby and Mr.Pete is wonderful as well. Thank you all...

Great place to take classes at! I’ve taken the NRA New Shooter Seminar, Basic Marksmanship, and NC Concealed Carry Course . Both Pete and Tony are amazing! They both are passionate and knowledgeable. I was nervous about guns and a little hesitant to take classes, but they help you feel comfortable holding a gun , etc. I would definitely recommend the classes!

This place has a really great selection of hand guns and rifles. If you are just shopping around and not sure what rifle or pistol you may want to buy, this is your place to go and look, they also have a indoor range. But unless you happen to find what you are looking for on sell you are going to pay premium prices.
