Elise was wonderful!!!!! She was extremely kind, cheerful and helpful. My phone was having major issues with loading the Joann’s coupon and she was so attentive in helping me at checkout time. Her bubbly personality had me smiling after exiting Joann’s and I’m still sitting in my car whilst typing this review. Wonderful experience ️

Great for all you sewing as crafting needs...️Joann also offers coupons on most of their items. I would recommend the app which is helpful too and you get all the coupons on your phone that way you never miss a sale...

It was close to closing and Leona was a wonderful cashier! She rung me and my mom up with all of our Christmas stuff being purchased. She showed great customer service and even though the store was almost closed she still was very nice and had a great attitude! This was one of my first time’s shopping at Jo-Ann (my mom comes here frequently) I definitely will be back and am thankful for cashiers like Leona who show great much needed cheer during this holiday season!
