It's not all what he makes of it I just want to say the real deal of his stuff if I had to go back there to get anything on my own I wouldn't. what I would do is take a lot of people with me so with that being said when I said he making his stuff out to be good that's not true. He has the best ever he not giving the real deal bottom line I would not go anywhere else but to him because you will NOT find better. I love his stuff it is amazing.

Poor customer service. Poor delivery services. The delivery guys left my machine out side in the rain, scratch up my hard wood floors and they asked for a tip. Mr. Lee does not want to do anything to resolve the citation. His machines are over priced and his delivery service sucks.

My wife bought me a beer fridge at Lee's. Once we explained to the salesperson what we wanted, ot was smooth sailing! The whole experience took us less than 30 minutes with 100% satisfaction!

Horrible customer service and no communication skills. Completely unprofessional. We had purchased a washer and dryer 12/26 for 825.00 . We where told they would be delivered and installed 12/28 at 0930 . We waited until 944 am and called them because no one showed or called ahead of time to let us know they where going to be late. No one answered so we left a message. They then called and said they where running late at will be here at 11:40 am , 11:40 am came around and again no showed and no call to let us know anything. We then called back again and ended up getting in an argument because we asked for a refund of the delivery service and the Man on the phone said no and accused my wife of lying that she didn’t call. ( we have the call logs showing we did ). If this was any other day it wouldn’t have been a major issue but we scheduled a fews days ahead of time and an early time because we had to be somewhere else by 12:15 so this was a complete inconvenience. In the end result we don’t have our washer and dryer and had to reschedule for the third time .

Horrible customer service. No call/no show the day of delivery. Delivery guy scratched my floor with the fridge and the owner was a complete jerk about it. Also delivery cut cut his hand because he didn't want to wear gloves like his partner and bled on my stairs and wall. Will tell everyone I know and will never shop there again.
