Food was GREAT! Customer service was GREAT! Dre was our waiter. He was quick and made sure to follow up with us. We never had to look for him. He didn't even write down our orders and when the food came out everything was PERFECT! As a manager myself and someone who dines in often, I enjoyed my experience. When we come back, we'll be looking for Dre as our waiter!

I placed my order online and food was ready for pick on time. My togo order was presented very nicely. I ordered the Fried Grits with Shrimp meal and the Fish and Chips meal..I enjoyed it.
Just stopped in for brunch. Parking lot less than half full. Most tables empty. Nobody waiting inside or outside for a table. Expected wait time was TWO HOURS!!! I'm sorry, but there is no way the food can be that good. I will not come back.
I just order the shrimp and grits and my order was suppose to be delivered to my car by the waitress, but after waiting aboit 20 minutes I went inside to see why my order was taking so long. So when went in to if why it was taking so long the waitress said she had to sneeze. My order were sitting on the counter bagged. So it appear my order had just been sitting for awhile. The grits & shrimps were watery and not tasteful. The waitress was sneezing and didn't sanitize her hands when she handed me my food. I've noticed lately the services aren't the same and one waitress was very rude on another visit. So we are done with Metro Diner.
Metro Diner has great food and great servers. Food was fresh and hot. Great portions. Great price. Friendly service. My family and I will be back
