I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. I have bought a home from here and this has been so painful, if i could give the house back, I would. I closed on my home in May of 2020 and did not move in until the last day of 2020. Buy at your own risk.....
Whole experience was great! Noah was knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Would highly recommend for a modular or manufactured home.
