We cannot recommend Parnell and Mickey enough! Everything has been so awesome and communication and customer service was top quality! They made our 3 year old feel like a princess when we purchased our jacuzzi and the whole process has been seamless! Thank you!

Placed a service order nearly 3 months ago. They did not show up on either of the days they said they would. Eventually got them out. They needed a part that took for ever to get. Since then the weather has not cooperated. Now the weather is clear and the only one who can schedule service is off for aher child's graduation (very happy for her). Unfortunately since she is the only one capable of scheduling, I will get no service today or tomorrow. Maybe fortune and the sun will shine on us for Wednesday
