This clown was scheduled to come fix my Sharp TV. Sharp set up an appointment with this clown to fix my TV he was supposed to be here between 9:30-10:00 AM Oct. 3rd 2014 he never showed so I called at 10:36 AM to find out what was going on he said he was running behind and assured me he'd be out asap, again no show so I again at 12:50 PM once again he assured me he'd be out and again no show so I called again at 5:08 PM he once again reassured me he still planned on showing up before he went home. It is now Oct. 4th 2014 and we have never hear from him again. I did some checking and come to find out one of the phone numbers is his home and one is his business line, he was at home both times once in the morning and at the 5:08 PM call he had no intention of ever coming to fix the TV. Stay clear of this one. Now, since my time is just as important to me as his time is to him he will receive a bill for the hours I missed at work, I too am an independent business owner and because of this clown I missed a day of work for no reason the only difference is I charge 25.00 per hour for my time. If I don't work I don't get paid.

This man is a joke and should be closed by BBB. Had my vintage pioneer receiver for 4 months hoping i would forget it. I called every two weeks and he would tell me he was waiting on parts. I got tired of his BS and called the vacuum cleaner shop where i dropped it off, told the red headed guy there who was very nice to tell him i was taking him to small claims court if he didn't bring my receiver to me. I got it back but never again under any circumstance will i deal with this Guy again. I can't rate this persons work.
I wish I could negative stars. This guy is trash! Called 2 times he told me to call back then never answered. Next time he said he wanted to look up parts and he would call back and never did... shady place don’t go there !
Very rude, inappropriate, and not professional at ALL!!! I called this man Friday afternoon. He returned my phone call Saturday morning stating he would come to my house around 3pm to check out my TV. 3:45 rolls around and I call him and he states he was backed up and would be there at 5pm. At 5:50 I call him and he doesn't answer. He then proceeds to call me today (Monday) and says he was sorry he had a few hiccups and would come this afternoon. Well it is now 7:30 and he's not answering his phone.
100% UNAVAILABLE. Do not WASTE your time. He's evasive and FULL of EXCUSES!!! How's he opened 24hours and he's a one-man shop. Again don't waste your time!!
