I love the products sold here and love the ease of checking out with my Amazon account. However, in my experience, not the best communication between customers and customer service. Likely due to COVID, so I get it. Annoyed I didn’t get to speak to anyone prior to my order shipping to fix a size mishap, but I’ll survive. It is what it is.

I saw this large mug listed on a whole sellers site before Riffraff even had it listed. I waited and waited and looked and looked for it, and Riffraff FINALLY put the listing up and because I had signed up for the waiting list I got the notice that it was in stock so I literally pulled over to park to nab one up quick because I knew these were going like hot cakes(ya know “limited supply”, scarcity mindset makes us rush to buy) and I wanted one that badly. So I was able to get my order in yay! Well sadly my mug arrived today and the lid is completely cracked making it unusable. I promptly sent an email with photos and my order and asked for a replacement lid or mug. I got the response that I have an online gift card and I can sign up for the restock and order them again when they come back in. I respond asking for them to just send me another one when the come in. (I already did the waiting and the restock and all that rushing to get one) They respond telling me “So sorry but we can’t hold mugs” So I bought an item that I had to rush to get because of the “limited stock” and they sent me a damaged one so now I have to sign up again and I hope and pray I get one before they sell out? Oh and that it’s not damaged again? Terrible customer service! Just put a mug aside and ship it when you get it. Don’t make me jump through your supply and demand sales tactics AGAIN. To get what I already ordered.

Once again Riffraff is taking their sweet time mailing out their online orders. We get it - it's a pandemic and you need to be distanced in your office, but come on - 11 days and still no shipping notice?!? But yet, you keep running additional sales and posting images of you all doing new product photo shoots? Obviously the idea is to collect paid orders and sit on it as long as you can. I shouldn't be surprised and really I guess this is my fault, because you have done this before. I wanted to give you all another chance because you have great product, but your service is pretty much non-existent. Happy to provide very specific examples if you need them. Seems like Kristen (the owner) needs to dig in deep to see what's happening under her. As a sales manager myself, I would be mortified to find out this was happening to my clients.

I use to love this store, but lately I feel they have lack of communication with customer service. its been over a week and i have not heard anything about my order ...online it says order is just getting ready. Again I use to love this store, I have contacted you guys and asked for a refund now because the sizing is wrong, I need to change it, but i've not heard anything. The next thing I'm going to is going to my credit card company to report this.... I don't understand how hard it is to reply back to a message, print a shipping label etc...
