Been driving by here for a while and finally decided to check out Saigon Bistros menu and call in my order. I decided to order their chicken with vegetables and upgraded to their fried rice for an extra 1. I got my food home and I was so excited to open the bag and try it out. Unfortunately with each bite the food fell flatter and flatter. It just lacked flavor, tasted a little watery, and lacked umph, especially the umph that you expect from really stir fried and well seasoned Chinese food. It just was not there for me. The plus was the people were nice and my food was ready quickly. But, it is not enough to bring me back, so it will be onto the hunt for the next Chinese food restaurant for me.

Great food and well worth the wait. It was fresh and very tasty. We got the lemongrass chicken (C1) and hibachi steak (B6) and will certainly come back for more!
Nice selection of food. Food was delicious (I had the chicken pad thai). Staff was super nice and friendly:)
I had the Chicken Bah Mi and Thai tea. I have never had chicken as the main protein and this was amazing. The meat was well seasoned and moist. The sandwich was packed with veggies and I am so full right now. The Thai tea was good, I saw the Avocado Smoothie after I ordered my food and will get that next time.
Absolute best, hands down 10 stars if possible. From the amazing food to the loving and welcoming staff. Never had a bad experience and I've eaten there plenty of times now. Owner and head chef Kha comes out to say hello to me every time I come and that says something about a restaurant.
